This Privacy Policy explains how Tenor Creative LLC (“Tenor Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you (“Personal Information”) through tenorcreative.com.

  • Engagement & billing data: information needed to scope, deliver, and invoice a project, handled under a separate written agreement. Card payments, where applicable, are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you: via our contact form, email, or other communications.
  • Automatically: through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us deter automated abuse of the contact form.
  • Through service providers: when you contact us, your submission may be stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform so we can respond and manage the prospective engagement.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and manage prospective and active engagements;
  • Deliver, support, and invoice contracted technical work;
  • Communicate with you about your project;
  • Understand site engagement through aggregate, privacy-focused analytics;

We never sell your Personal Information.

We keep tracking to a minimum. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and collects no personally identifying information. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to confirm that form submissions come from a human. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

  • Retention: we keep Personal Information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
  • Security: we apply industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit, to safeguard your information.
